FactorMax Guerrilla users are provided extensive technical support including installation support on their desktop or PC.  We allow installation of FactorMax Guerrilla on up to three computers (home desktop, work desktop, and laptop).

Appointments for installation as well as normal technical support questions are now handled directly through the DMS Directory of Services.  After entering the directory, select "Technical Support Form" from the options.  When scheduling an appointment, make certain you receive confirmation from technical support on the time requested before firmly setting time aside for the appointment.

Operational issues are also handled from the technical support form at DMS Directory.  While FactorMax Guerrilla comes with an extensive operations manual, we realize questions do arise regarding some operations.  We are rapidly building an "Operations Module" at this site.  Until it is complete, submit all operation questions through the Technical Support Form at DMS Directory.
